Estâblished Real Estate is a real estate collaborative located in Monticello, MN. Their mission is to modernize and progress the experience in buying and selling real estate by cultivating a spirit of collaboration, innovation, and integrity.

The idea behind the logo + logo mark started with client gifts after closing -- If someone bought a home in 2020 -- they would be "est. 2020". This logo uses a bold serif typeface to represent the action of traditional, timeless real estate. Paired with a thin/medium san serif typeface as a nod to their modern, tech savvy brokerage, eXp Realty.

To comply with real estate advertising regulations by the REALTORS® association, the "brokered by eXp Realty" portion of the logo was a requirement.
